IBPS 2016 vacancies (approx.) and selection procedure.

Dear Aspirants,
Welcome to visit 99SmartReview.blogspot.in. We are going to explaining the selection procedure of an IBPS Exam 2016 as per the procedure in the previous years.

In 2016 IBPS is going to taking exams on RBI, Clerk, PO, RRB, SO
and many more in different financial sectors. Two main sectors in IBPS are Banking and Insurance. Both are the growing setors and giving best opportunities to the youngsters to get secure and respectful job.

In Bank Clerk and PO, vacancies are high and mostly students aim to crack one of these. In this 19 Banks participates all over the India.

Vacancies in Clerk: 30,000-35,000. As the year gone, vacancies are going to less as compare to previous years.

Vacancies in PO: 12,000-18,000. In 2014 vacancies were about 16000 and in 2015 it is about 14000.
In view, Every year vacancies in various banks are decreasing as compare to previous years because staff of youngsters in the banks are recruiting every year and retirements of these new employees will take time. Also, some banks have started to recruit students through Manipal University.

Selection Procedure:
IBPS hold two exams each in Clerk and PO.
1.       1.Preliminary- students are selected i.e. 20x times against number of vacancies.
2.       2.Mains- students are selected i.e. 3x times against the number of vacancies.
3.       3.Interview.

Note: Interview process has been ripped off from the recruitment of the Clerks in banks. Thus in this year there are chances of having Psycho test to know the student whether deserve or not.

Simple logic is that, as the vacancies are high in these exams i.e. Clerk and PO, therefore there are two exams for the recruitment process. And the Exams who has less vacancies, only single test is entertained for these.
As you know IBPS organize all tests online therefore there is always a transparent process to recruit students and very less chances for cheating or fraud. Moreover, results are declared faster than other recruitment processes in India, also detailed scorecards are shown to each student (those students selected for interview, marks are shown after the interview process over). Scorecards are very helpful to analysis on where we are weak and on which section we have to focus now. Competition rised every year, so try hard with good starting and smart work.
